Activities
We offer a wide range of swim sessions for all ages and ability levels. We have sessions for Parents & Toddlers, Over 50s and Disabled swimmers, lessons for all age groups, aquarobics and our sauna (for adults only). For full details, see our Swim Sessions page and our Timetables.
